Individual therapy is generally 50 minutes, however, on a case by case basis, I will do longer sessions when needed. Family therapy is generally 50 to 75 minutes, depending on patient’s

Unfortunately, I do not take insurance. However, I offer super bills, which can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement.

Intake session – $175
Regular session – $150
Family/Parenting session-$225
*For in-home sessions, I charge an additional travel fee which is my rate per minute of travel.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this window, full cost of session will automatically be charged to credit card on file. I will do my best to accommodate rescheduled appointments within that same week if desired

Yes therapy is confidential although confidentiality has its limits. As a therapist I am a mandated reporter and I must break confidentiality in cases where there is:
A risk of harm to one’s self or others
If there is suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or dependent adult abuse
A court order requiring disclosure
Outside of these exceptions, your information remains private.
