How I Can Help
Every teen is different, and so are the challenges they face.
I work with adolescents navigating:
Anxiety, stress, and feeling overwhelmed
ADHD, focus, and school challenges
Friendships and relationships
Emotional ups and downs
Self-esteem, confidence, and identity
Family communication and conflict
Life changes and transitions
Together, we’ll focus on understanding what’s happening, building practical skills, and finding ways to move forward.
Teen Therapy
Growing up is complicated.
Getting support shouldn’t be.
The teenage years can feel overwhelming for teens and parents alike. Between school, friendships, anxiety, and the pressure to figure out who you are, it’s easy to feel stuck.
Therapy offers a place to feel heard, work through challenges, and build confidence in navigating what’s next.
What Therapy Looks Like
Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect.
My approach is relaxed, supportive, and collaborative. There’s no pressure to have the right words or know exactly what you want to talk about.
We’ll take time to understand what’s going on, build trust, and work toward meaningful changes at a pace that feels comfortable.
For parents, I believe communication and collaboration are important, while also respecting your teen’s need for privacy and independence.
You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone
Whether you’re a parent looking for support or a teen ready to talk, reaching out is a good place to start.
I offer virtual therapy throughout Indiana, along with in-home and nature-based sessions in the Indianapolis area.
